1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside personally in the Parsonage House but have resided the last three Winters at Exeter. The Reason of my non-Residence is on Account of my Health. The Place is so cold, & attended by such perpetual Rains & Storms, that I never had nor ever shall, if compell'd to live there, know what Health is again. I have there a resident whose Salary is £40 per annum. The living in the House & use of the Garden Rent free, together with Surplice-Fees & Easter – Offerings – his name Courtney Peirce. No Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: One Benefice only.

3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at Whitstone as Curate to Mr. Clark.

4. Frequency of divine service: Service is perform'd twice on the Lord's day with a Sermon in ye Morning.

5. Frequency of communion: Five times in ye year. Twice at Easter. Once at Whitsunday Michaelmas & Xmas each. Communicants about 80.

6. Catechising of children: From St. Peters (Revel day) to Michaelmas.

7. Church fabric: Yes

8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier, according to the Tenor of ye 87^th Canon.

9. Number of families: About 70.

10. Chapels: No Chapel in my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Dissenters of any Denomination.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School but a temporary one given for 20 years, but will expire in a very few years. No Hospital or other charitable Endowment.

13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements, or other Benefaction left for charitable & pious Uses.
